Juan José Riquelme Arana

Juan José Riquelme Arana has several years of experience in talent management and human resources. From 2021 to the present, they have been working at PhageLab as the Head of Talent & Culture, overseeing talent acquisition and organizational culture. Prior to this role, from 2015 to 2021, they worked at Banco Central de Chile in various HR positions, including Coordinator of Organizational Development, Coordinator of Selection, and Coordinator of Training. Juan José also has past experience as an HR Intern at Roche, where they supported recruitment and selection processes.

Juan José Riquelme Arana obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, completing their studies from 2009 to 2014.
