Beatrice Galilee is the co-founder and executive director of The World Around since November 2019, where the focus is on connecting a global network of designers and thinkers through various educational initiatives. Currently a visiting associate professor at Pratt Institute School of Architecture, Beatrice teaches contemporary curatorial practice. An accomplished author, Beatrice penned "Radical Architecture of the Future," published in January 2021. Previously, Beatrice served as the Daniel Brodsky Associate Curator of Architecture and Design at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and held various academic positions at notable institutions such as Central Saint Martins and Editoriale Domus S.p.A. Beatrice also curated significant exhibitions, including the Lisbon Architecture Triennale and the 2011 Gwangju Design Biennale. Beatrice's educational background includes a PhD in Architecture from the Royal College of Art and an MA in Architectural History from UCL.
