Eric McCarter

Eric McCarter has extensive experience in the field of autonomous vehicle operations and engineering management. Currently, at Phantom Auto since August 2018, Eric has held multiple roles including Engineering Manager for Customer Integrations, Head of QA, and Test Operations Manager, as well as Remote Vehicle Operations Specialist. Prior to this, Eric worked at Uber Advanced Technologies Group from January 2017 to August 2018 as a Test Specialist and Development Vehicle Operator, where responsibilities included providing feedback on vehicle behavior, conducting structured testing, and operating self-driving vehicles for data collection and map quality assurance. Education includes studies at Santa Rosa Junior College and completion of coursework through freeCodeCamp.
