RJ D. began their work experience as a Strategist at CKSK from September 2013 to April 2015. RJ then moved on to be a Strategist at Annex88 (Havas) from April 2015 to March 2016. After that, they held roles at 22squared from July 2016 to December 2017, including Senior Strategist and Associate Director Strategy. Following this, they worked at Huge from January 2018 to July 2021, serving as Senior Strategist and eventually Strategy Lead. RJ D. then joined Wunderman Thompson as a Strategy Director from July 2021 to June 2022. Currently, they are a Strategy Director at Phantom starting from July 2022.

From 2007 to 2011, RJ D. attended Northeastern University, where they obtained a Bachelors Degree in History.
