Test Engineer at Phantom Space

Bridget M. has worked in the aerospace industry since 2016. Bridget began their career as a Teacher Assistant at Shaw Center Literacy Corp in 2016, where they taught math and science to middle school girls. In 2019, they were a Global Media Fellow at Blackstone Launchpad at Syracuse University and a Brooke Owens Fellow at Space Angels. That same year, they began working at World View as a Flight Controller, where they piloted, strategized, and maintained the health of the World View Stratollite for stratospheric airborne missions. Bridget also mission planned, provided operation perspective for mission-specific flight objectives, created powerpoints for Flight Readiness Reviews and airspace briefings, and filed NOTAMs. In 2021, Bridget M. moved to Ursa Major Technologies as a Test Conductor and is currently working at Phantom Space as a Test Engineer.

Bridget M. attended Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a degree in Aerospace Engineering with a field of study in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering.
