Pablo Baños

Pablo Baños has extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics. Pablo started their career as a Técnico de compras at Froxá S.A. in 2003. Pablo then worked at GSK as a Supply and Customer Service representative from 2004 to 2006. Pablo then joined ratiopharm as a Logistics Manager, where they led S&OP meetings and contributed to the development of corporate savings strategies. In 2008, they became the Supply Chain Manager at Alcalá Farma, where they successfully streamlined the end-to-end supply chain and introduced new products. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Supply Chain Director at Sigma-tau, where they achieved significant cost reductions and managed distribution centers. Pablo then joined Pharmaloop as an Administration and Supply Chain Director, optimizing supply chain management and overseeing the construction of a new factory. Currently, they work at PharmaMar as a Supply Chain Associate Director, implementing operational excellence strategies and managing outsourced operations.

Pablo Baños has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration from the Universidad de Cantabria, which they obtained between the years 1995 and 2001. Pablo then pursued a Master's degree in Transport and International Commerce from the same university, completing it between 2001 and 2002. Later, from 2006 to 2007, they attended the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (U.N.E.D.) and earned a Master's degree in Marketing and Sales Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Pablo'smost recent educational achievement was obtaining a PDD degree from the IESE Business School in 2015 to 2016.
