Pninit Litman has a diverse background in the biopharmaceutical industry. pninit began their career in 1998 as a Senior Scientist at Peptor LTD, where they worked until 2002. Pninit then assumed the role of Head of Biology at Peptor LTD from 2002 to 2004. pninit subsequently joined Develogen Israel LTD as the Biology Group Manager from 2004 to 2006. Pninit's next position was as a Project Manager in Immunology at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals LTD from 2007 to 2008. Currently, Pninit serves as the Head of Pharmacology and Clinical Research at Pharma Two B, a position they have held since 2008.

Pninit Litman obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from the Weizmann Institute of Science from 1989 to 1995. Following their doctoral studies, they pursued a Post Doctoral fellowship in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at Stanford University from 1995 to 1997.
