Rashi Chawla

Rashi Chawla has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Rashi started their career in 2004 as a Senior Executive HR at Punjab Lighting Industries Ltd. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Winsome Group. In 2010, they joined DLF Home Developers Ltd. as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. In 2013, Rashi joined PharmaACE where they held various roles including Lead - Human Resources and Operations Head for the US and Canada. Rashi has been responsible for managing HR functions, developing personnel policies, and overseeing operational activities. Rashi'stenure at PharmaACE is ongoing.

Rashi Chawla began their education at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's high school in Chandigarh from 1995 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree from Panjab University, an educational institution in Chandigarh, and completed it between 2000 and 2003. Rashi then attended GPW Amritsar from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Electronics & Communication Engineering. In 2006 to 2007, they attended the All India Institute of Management Studies in Chennai (AIIMAS), where they obtained a PGD in Human Resources. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Rashi pursued an MBA in HR from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Rashi also obtained a certification in Social Psychology from Coursera in August 2020.
