Mellin Riitta

Mellin Riitta has extensive work experience in various leadership and finance roles. In 2008, Riitta joined Pharmaca Health Intelligence as the CFO and Director of HR. Mellin later became the Director of Finance and HR, overseeing both departments. During a transition period in 2021, Riitta served as the Acting CEO before welcoming a new CEO. Riitta also worked as the Interim Managing Director at Pharma Industry Finland in 2017-2018. Apart from their roles in the healthcare industry, Riitta served as a member of the Board and the Supervisory Board at Kansallinen Lääkeinformaatikeskus Klik Oy and Itä-Uudenmaan Osuuspankki respectively. Mellin has a background in finance as the Financial Manager at Ifolor Oy and as a Controller and HR Manager at Mint of Finland.

Mellin Riitta has a diverse education history. In 2016, they completed an NLP Master Practitioner program at Valmennusyhtiö True Hearts NLP Finland Oy. Prior to that, in 2014, they obtained a degree as an NLP Practitioner from the same institution. In 2013, Mellin attended the University of Helsinki, Palmenia, where they studied Solution-focused Work Supervisor in the field of coaching. Additionally, they pursued Solution-focused Coach training at the same university from 2012 to 2013. Moving further back, Mellin earned a BBA in HR Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences between 2005 and 2010. Mellin also took part in a Business Controller Executive BCE program at Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu from 2008 to 2009. Mellin's earlier education took place at Nikkarin lukio, details of which are not provided.
