Rajesh Nair

Rajesh (Raj) Nair is a highly accomplished cardiologist with extensive experience in the field of cardiology. Since March 2011, Raj Nair has served as the Head of the Department of Cardiology and as a Consultant Cardiologist at Te Whatu Ora Waikato and Waikato Hospital, respectively. Additionally, Raj Nair has contributed to the Pharmaceutical Management Agency (PHARMAC) as the Deputy Chair of the Cardiac Device Committee since 2016 and co-founded the Structural Heart Disease - Asia Pacific organization in the same year. Raj Nair held the position of Chair at the Te Manawa Taki (Midland) Cardiology Network from June 2020 to February 2024. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, Raj Nair also holds multiple medical degrees, including MRCP, FRACP, FRCP, and a degree in Medicine from the University of Kerala.
