Thien Le is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategic partnerships, retail expansion, and operational excellence. Currently serving as CPO and Head of Strategic Partnership at Pharmacity since December 2011, Thien has successfully negotiated partnerships that drive significant revenue growth and implemented a property management system that reduces operational and capital expenditures. Previously, Thien held roles such as Chief Property Officer and Chief Operating Officer, where expertise in retail expansion and customer satisfaction improvements were demonstrated. Earlier career experiences include managing investment strategies at Groupe Artémis and conducting research analysis at The Lancer Group and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. Thien Le holds a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on Political Science, Economics, and Business Administration from the University of California, San Diego.
