Chandler David Schexnayder

Chandler D. Schexnayder, PharmD, BCPS, CDCES, BCACP, serves as the Chief Community Officer and Director of Ambassador Community at Pharmacist Initiative Leaders (PILs), Inc. since April 2019. At the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Chandler holds multiple roles including PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner in Home-Based Primary Care, and PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Coordinator, with a career that began with a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Resident and PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident. Chandler also contributes as a Clinical Instructor at Baylor College of Medicine since September 2020 and gained early experience as a Pharmacy Intern at Ochsner Health System and a Center of Excellence Research Scholar at Xavier University of Louisiana. Chandler earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2017.
