Zachary Green

Zachary Green's work experience includes various roles in partnership development at the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Zachary has served as the Associate Director, Partnership Development, where they developed and maintained relationships with employers and educators in the pharmacy technician field. Zachary also worked as the Partnership Development Manager, representing the interests of PTCB at state and national meetings and creating materials for partnerships. Prior to that, they were the Partnership Development Coordinator, responsible for coordinating activities with educational institutions and employers and performing state policy tracking.

Before joining PTCB, Zachary worked as a Pharmacy Technician II at Mount Carmel Health System, assisting pharmacists with medication preparation and compounding. Zachary also worked as a Research Assistant at The Ohio State University, conducting research and analysis on food nutrition claims and corporate social responsibility. Earlier in their career, they were an Item Entry Specialist at Humana, performing data entry and prescription insurance claim adjudication tasks.

Zachary Green graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Affairs in 2013. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, which they obtained in May 2021. Zachary also holds a Credentialing Specialist Certificate from the Institute for Credentialing Excellence, received in December 2015. Furthermore, Zachary has been certified as a Pharmacy Technician by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) since August 2008.
