Keith Kennedy

Keith Kennedy has held various executive roles in finance and consulting. Keith served as the President and CEO of MCG Capital, as well as the COO, CFO, and Secretary of Veracyte, Inc. Keith also worked at GE Capital and Ernst & Young, and served as a Healthcare Executive-in-Residence at Arlington Capital Partners. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Pharmalogic Holdings Corp.

Keith Kennedy earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington in 1992. Keith then went on to complete their MBA in Finance at William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business from 1993 to 1995. Keith has additional certifications including a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) obtained in 2007, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) obtained in 2004, and a Certified Public Accountant qualification.
