Shane Decarlo

Shane DeCarlo is a Business Development Specialist at PharmaLogics Recruiting, a global recruiting firm focused on life sciences, since January 2022. Previously, Shane held roles as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Moderna, as well as serving as an Executive Recruiter. Prior to joining PharmaLogics, Shane worked as an Associate Producer Compensation Analyst in Agency Finance at Guardian Life from July 2018 to September 2021.
