Michelle Williams

Michelle Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michelle started their career at Bradley University, where they held various roles as an Admissions Representative, Special Project Coordinator for Minority Recruitment, and STARs Coordinator. Michelle then transitioned to Volt Technical Resources, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter, Reporting Specialist with Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and eventually became the Business Manager for the Midwest Region, utilizing their Six Sigma Blackbelt certification. Currently, they are employed at Volt Workforce Solutions as the Director of Compliance, Associate Vendor and Project Management, and also serves as a Six Sigma Blackbelt.

Michelle Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration from Bradley University in 2001. Michelle went on to obtain an MBA from the same university in 2006.
