Prior to Pharmanovia, Martin held various roles at Accord Healthcare, STADA Group, Internis Pharmaceuticals Limited, Shire Pharmaceuticals, and MONMOUTH PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED, where Martin gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, and leadership within the pharmaceutical industry. Martin holds an MSc in Exercise & Nutrition Science from the University of Chester.
