Harold Meckler

Harold Meckler has over 35 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Harold began their career in 1984 as a Section Head at Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals. In 1994, they joined Telor Ophthalmic Pharmaceuticals as a Manager, where they developed GMP synthesis of generic Ethacrynic acid for the company's lead product. In 1995, they joined AMRI as VP of Science, Technology and Support Services, where they evaluated Scientific Ideas for the company and established subsidiaries in Singapore and Hyderabad, India. In 2013, they became President and CSO of Chemapotheca. The following year, they became President and Co-founder of Pharmapotheca A and President of Pharmapotheca A LLC.

Harold Meckler obtained their Ph. D. in Organic Chemistry from the University at Buffalo between 1978 and 1983. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Chemistry from the University of Maryland between 1974 and 1978.
