Alan Wong

Alan Wong has extensive experience in biomanufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Biomanufacturing at Pharmaron since June 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the entire biomanufacturing organization and facilitating the transition to GMP manufacturing. Previously, Wong held the same title at WuXi Biologics, managing operations with over $80 million in revenue and leading a team of over 200 employees. Additional roles include General Manager of Hainan Operations at Simcere Pharmaceutical Group and VP of Manufacturing at Teruisi Pharmaceutical, with responsibilities encompassing facility expansion, P&L management, and development of oncology biosimilars. Wong's earlier experience spans consulting, supply chain management, and commercial drug manufacturing across several notable pharmaceutical companies. Alan Wong holds an MBA in Finance from Le Moyne College, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester, and an Associate of Science in Engineering Science from Monroe Community College.
