Amarjit Girn

Amarjit Girn has extensive experience in business development and sales management. Amarjit is currently working as the Executive Director of Business Development for Clinical Development at Pharmaron. In this role, Amarjit is responsible for driving strategic direction, fostering innovation, and advancing clinical development initiatives to accelerate drug development in North America.

Before joining Pharmaron, Amarjit worked as the Senior Director of Business Development at BioPharma Services Inc. from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at Evevic Inc. from 2015 to 2020, where they achieved consecutive years of the highest sales growth and provided specialized consulting services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Amarjit also has experience as a Managing Partner at PML Co. from 2011 to 2015, a Senior Director of Business Development at Community Research from 2010 to 2011, a Senior Director of Business Development at Quality Data Services, Inc. from 2009 to 2010, a Director of Business Development at PRA Health Sciences (CRI Worldwide) from 2007 to 2009, and a Director of Business Development at Syneos Health (Decisionline Clinical Research) from 2004 to 2007.

Additionally, Amarjit has previous experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Patheon Inc.) as an Account Director from 2002 to 2004 and as a Technical Writing Manager from 1999 to 2002. Amarjit began their career as a Territory Manager at Diamed Lab Supplies Inc. in 1998.

Amarjit Girn holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology from the University of Toronto, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
