Kevin Foote

Dr. Kevin M. Foote is Vice President, Head of Drug Discovery Services Europe. He is based at Pharmaron’s Hoddesdon, UK facility. Prior to Pharmaron, Kevin held several senior positions at AstraZeneca, including head of the oncology LO medicinal chemistry group, Director of External Projects and Project Director. He brings 20 years’ experience in medicinal chemistry, drug discovery and project leadership in oncology and cardiovascular diseases from lead generation to early clinical development. Kevin led a number of small-molecule programs that advanced into clinical trials.

Kevin received his B.Sc. in chemistry from University of Southampton, UK. He received his Ph.D. from University of Nottingham, UK where he was under the supervision of Professor Gerald Pattenden, FRS, and worked on the total synthesis of Phomactin A. Kevin is co-author/co-inventor of over 50 peer reviewed publications and patent applications.
