Scott Ruszczyk

Scott Ruszczyk, MSHRD, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries. Currently, they serve as the Head of HR at Pharmaron's US Lab Services & CGT division. Prior to this, they worked at Merck as the Compensation Programs & Analytics Lead.
