Angelika Siemieniecka

Angelika Siemieniecka has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Angelika began their career at Polpharma in 2000, where they held various roles including Quality Controller, GMP and DMF Documentation Specialist, DMF Documentation Team Coordinator, DMF Section Manager, Project Manager, and Project Management Section Manager. During their time at Polpharma, they were actively involved in project management, risk management, and the implementation of new project templates. In 2009, they joined Pharmathen as a Project Management/Regulatory Affairs Manager. Angelika later transitioned to roles such as Third Party Collaboration Manager, Head of API Sourcing, Head of API Procurement and Sourcing, and Head of Direct Procurement. Since April 2022, they have been serving as the Director of Direct Procurement at Pharmathen.

Angelika Siemieniecka completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Executive) degree at Lancaster University from 2013 to 2015. In 2008, they pursued a Postgraduate Management Course at the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development, specializing in Project Management. Angelika also studied at the Gdańsk University of Technology from 1994 to 1999, earning a Masters Degree (M.Sc.Eng) in Biotechnology. Additionally, they attended the Gdański Uniwersytet Medyczny (Medical University of Gdańsk) from 2002 to 2003, focusing on Industrial Pharmacy.
