Banu Inal

Banu Inal currently holds the position of Director of QA Operations at Pharmathen since February 2024. Prior to this role, Banu served at Novartis from September 2018 to January 2024, first as Site Compliance Manager and then as Site Quality Head. Banu's career in quality assurance spans several companies, including Sandoz, where roles included QA Supervisor, QA & GMP Team Leader, and QC Supervisor from August 2007 to September 2018, and Bayer as a QC Supervisor from 2006 to 2007. Banu began the career as QC Shift Supervisor at Eczacıbaşı-Baxter Hastane Ürünleri A.Ş. from August 2001 to April 2006. Banu holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Middle East Technical University and a Master of Business Administration in Quality Management from Marmara University.
