Myrto Fragatou

Myrto Fragatou has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Myrto started their career in 2004 as a Venues & Operations Assistant at Heineken. In 2005, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at BP Hellas SA. From 2007 onwards, they joined Pharmathen, where they held various positions including Group Recruitment & Development Manager and Recruitment & Development Lead. Currently, they are the Head of People Operations at Pharmathen.

Myrto Fragatou holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business, which was completed from 2009 to 2011. Myrto also has a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, earned from 2007 to 2008. Fragatou obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from Panteion Panepestimion Ikonomikon kai Politicon Epistimon between 1999 and 2004. Myrto further pursued postgraduate studies in Organizational Psychology, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree from Panteion Panepestimion Ikonomikon kai Politicon Epistimon.
