Kara Roeder

Kara Roeder is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain innovation. Currently serving as the DVP of Operations at Pharmavite since October 2018, Kara oversees Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Operations, Business Excellence, and Co-Manufacturing organizations. Prior to Pharmavite, a 22-year tenure at Procter & Gamble included roles such as Family Care Supply Chain Innovation Associate Director, focusing on future retail supply chain strategies, and Family Care Supply Network Operations Associate Director, managing logistics and customer service. Additional positions involved leadership in plant operations, including a pioneering greenfield site, emphasizing safety, quality, and efficiency metrics. Kara holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
