Lisa Tagupa

Lisa Tagupa is a seasoned payroll and accounting professional with extensive experience in managing payroll operations and benefits administration. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Payroll at Pharmavite since January 2022, Lisa oversees payroll for two Otsuka US affiliates, including Avanir Pharmaceuticals, where Lisa also holds the role of Payroll Manager since June 2020. Prior to these positions, Lisa was the Payroll and Benefits Manager at Fox Head, Inc., responsible for multi-state payroll processing and benefits for over 500 employees. Lisa's career includes significant roles in revenue management as the Accounting Manager at Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Director of Revenue Management at both Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from California State University, Fullerton.
