Ramina Marakool is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client support and technical services. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Support Services at Pharmavite since August 2016, Ramina previously held the position of IT HelpDesk Manager at Front Porch from March 2010 to August 2016. Additionally, Ramina worked as a Senior Technical Support Specialist for THE RECORDING ACADEMY (GRAMMYS) for a brief period in 2009 and held the role of Senior Support Desktop Analyst / MIS Manager at Carsey Werner from August 1997 to April 2009.
