Stephanie Hilger is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as a Quality Improvement Manager at Pharmavite since October 2019, Stephanie has previously held various roles at Nestlé USA from 2005 to August 2019, including Quality by Design Technical Expert and Innovation Quality Manager for Confections & Snacks, where Stephanie focused on fostering quality and food safety across cross-functional teams. Stephanie's early career includes positions at Chef America, where Stephanie progressed from Quality Assurance Utility Technician to Quality Assurance Team Leader, overseeing quality initiatives and regulatory compliance. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Master of Science in Food Science from California State University, Northridge.
