Justo Moreno

Justo Moreno is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology and business development, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at PharmEng Technology since March 2023 and as President of a self-employed venture since June 2017. Previously, Justo spent over a decade at Amgen, culminating in the role of Executive Director of Information Systems, where leadership was provided to a substantial team and a significant budget was managed. Expertise was demonstrated in orchestrating IT services across global and regional operations at Eli Lilly and Company, where Justo held various leadership positions, including Global Manager of Execution Systems. Educationally, Justo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
