Krista McCowen

Krista McCowen currently serves as a Claims Examiner at Examination Resources, LLC since September 2022 and has held multiple positions at PharMerica, including Pharmacy Operations Manager since June 2019 and Order Entry/Call Center Manager since October 2013. Krista began their career in the pharmacy sector at The Apothecary Shoppe Pharmacy as a Customer Service Technician and Insurance Billing Technician from October 2010 to October 2013. Academically, Krista earned a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, where studies were completed from August 2021 to August 2023, and holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Psychology, obtained from Liberty University between 2013 and 2016.
