Daniela dos Anjos Hanova

Daniela Dos Anjos Hanova has over 25 years of HR experience, starting from their role as a Consultant at Personnel Select in 1997. Daniela then worked as an HR Advisor at i3 Research, where they led several projects and developed policies and procedures. Daniela later joined PwC as an HR Transaction Services Manager and HRS Manager, where they executed HR due diligence and post-merger integration projects. After that, Daniela worked at Solvay Pharmaceuticals and Abbott, holding various HR leadership positions and focusing on emerging markets, talent engagement, and culture transformation. Daniela also contributed to strategic workforce planning and business transformation initiatives. Daniela later joined AstraZeneca as a Global Human Resources Director, overseeing R&D units and leading talent mapping and development plans. Daniela then served as the Vice President Human Resources at Exact Sciences, followed by their role as VP & Head of HR Europe at Amarin Corporation. Currently, they are the Chief People Officer at Pharming Group N.V.

Daniela Dos Anjos Hanova holds a post-graduate degree in HR Management from the University of West London. Daniela also studied Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Additionally, Daniela obtained a Master's degree in Filology and a Bachelor's degree in Employment Law from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
