Bengt von Mentzer

Bengt von Mentzer started their career in 1972 as a Research Scientist at AstraZeneca during the Hässle time of the company. Bengt continued to a doctoral position in 1985 performed at Zoophysiology, University of Lund, Dept. of Physiology, Gothenburg and Dept. In 1998, they became a Principal Scientist at AstraZeneca. In 2007, they founded PharmNovo and became the Chief Scientific Advisor. In 2008, they became the CEO of both PharmNovo AB and the British Pharmacological Society.

Bengt von Mentzer is currently enrolled at the University of Gothenburg, having started their studies in 2008.
