Sean Hill has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies.
In 2006, they started as an intern at the Philadelphia Adult Probation/Parole Department.
From 2006 to 2008, they served as an Adult Probation/Parole Officer in the Northeast 2 Unit, supervising a caseload of approximately 120 clients.
In 2008, they moved to the Northwest 1 Unit, where they continued to supervise a caseload of approximately 150 clients.
From 2009 to 2014, they worked in the Anti-Violence West/Northwest Unit, overseeing a caseload of about 100 high-risk clients.
During this time, they also held the role of Adult Probation/Parole Officer in the Anti-Violence South/Central Unit from 2017 to 2018. Here, they monitored a caseload of around 75 high-risk clients, prepared reports for the judiciary, and appeared in court for hearings.
In 2014, they transitioned to the Welfare Fraud Unit, supervising more than 300 clients convicted of welfare fraud. Sean maintained contact with clients, monitored restitution payments, prepared reports for the judiciary, and testified in court when required.
Additionally, they worked as a File Clerk at Kilcoyne & Nesbitt from 2019 to 2021 and as a Server at Finley Catering since 2019.
Presently, they are working as a Wellness Associate at TerrAscend since February 2022.
Sean Hill completed their education with a Master's degree in Criminology from Saint Joseph's University, which they obtained between the years 2007 and 2013. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University, which they attended from 2004 to 2006. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they obtained an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from the Community College of Philadelphia, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
