Ginikanwa Ezeogu

Ginikanwa Ezeogu has diverse work experience in various technical support and analyst roles. In 2011, they worked as an MIS Consultant and Research Assistant at Challydoff Limited. From 2012 to 2012, they served as an IT Support Specialist at the Nigerian Communications Commission. In 2013, they took on the role of a Software Tester/Analyst at Zidoff eCommerce Limited. Ginikanwa then joined Donak Computers Limited in 2016, where they worked as an Analyst until 2020. Starting in 2020, they joined Crossover for Work as an L1 Customer Support Engineer until April 2023. From 2023 onwards, they have been employed at Pharos and ScaleGrid as a Technical Support Engineer.

Ginikanwa Ezeogu completed their education in a sequential manner. They started their academic journey in 2004 at Federal Polytechnic Auchi, where they pursued a National Diploma in Computer Science from 2004 to 2006. After that, they enrolled at the University of Benin in 2007 and received a B.Sc degree in Computer Science in 2010.

In 2017, Ginikanwa Ezeogu continued their education at Nasarawa State University, specializing in Cyber Security. They successfully completed their Master's degree in Cyber Security in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Ginikanwa Ezeogu obtained certifications to enhance their knowledge and expertise. In 2020, they earned the "ICSI | CNSS Certified Network Security Specialist" certification from the ICSI (International CyberSecurity Institute), UK. Furthermore, in 2022, they obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft.
