About

The founding team at Phase Change Solutions has a history of experience in both the corporate and academic world. The team's president and CEO, Dr. Mazin Gilbert, has previously been the president and CEO of QuarTek Corporation and Pharmacore. He also has experience as the Vice President of Technology at TransTech Pharma. In addition to his corporate experience, Dr. Gilbert is also a professor and group leader at NCA&T, where he is also the department chair for physics. The team's other members also have a wealth of experience in nuclear physics and other physics-related fields from renowned universities such as the University of Alberta and Jami'at Al-Yarmouk.
