Alon Shafran

Alon Shafran has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Alon started their career in 1995 as a Mechanical Designer at Aran R&D and worked there until 1998. Alon then joined Elpas Electro-Optics Systems as a Mechanical Engineer and worked there until 2001. In 2001, they joined Eastman Kodak Company as a Mechenical Design Group Manager, and later became a Project Manager from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Phase One as an R&D Manager and is currently working there. Alon has recently taken on the role of Director of Industrial Business Development at Phase One.

Alon Shafran completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 1992. Alon later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institute and graduated in 2015.
