Ricky Chiu

Ricky Chiu serves as Chairman and CEO of Phase Scientific International Limited since March 2017 and holds the position of Adjunct Associate Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong since July 2021. Additionally, Ricky Chiu contributes as a member of the Board of Trustees at United College, CUHK and as a Court Member at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, both starting in February 2023. As President and CEO of Phase Diagnostics since 2012, Ricky Chiu has focused on developing next generation rapid diagnostic devices and enhancing drug delivery efficacy using cancer-targeting nanoparticles. Ricky Chiu's academic background includes a Graduate Student Researcher role at UCLA from September 2008 to June 2014, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from UC San Diego obtained in 2005. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Fellow in Bioengineering and Project Manager at BMC from December 2005 to June 2008.
