Rachel Broardt

Senior UX Strategist at Phase2

Rachel Broardt has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 when they started as an eFollett Team Lead at Follett Higher Education Group. In 2013, they took on a role as a Paint Associate at The Home Depot. In 2014, they were a Web Developer Intern at L.L.Bean before transitioning to an UX Designer Intern role at the same company. In 2015, they began working as an Interaction Designer and UX Strategist for freelance and consulting clients. That same year, they also started at Dish Network as an UX/UI Designer & Researcher I, leading research for customer-facing sites, apps, and internal agent tools. In 2016, they were promoted to UX/UI Designer & Researcher II at Dish Network, leading a project to replace 20-year old legacy software and expanding the agent feedback circle from local to worldwide call centers. In 2020, Rachel began their current role as a Senior UX Strategist at Phase2.

Rachel Broardt attended Williamsville South High School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned their High School degree. Rachel then attended University at Buffalo from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. In 2015, they attended General Assembly to study User Experience Design.
