Vince Tardy has over 25 years of experience in the creative industry. Vince began their career in 1996 as a Computer Illustrator for Veridian. In 1998 they moved to CSC as a Senior Designer, creating web-based and print media for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In 2000, they joined Carney, Inc. as a Digital Animator, designing and developing online learning courses and multimedia training. In 2001, Vince became a Visual Communications Instructor at Sanford-Brown College-Vienna, teaching courses such as Theory and Elements of Design, Art History, 2D/3D Animation and Advanced Web Design. In 2002, they became a Client Service Specialist at The Centech Group, Inc. before founding Glossybox, a strategic design agency located in Silver Spring, MD, in 2006. In 2010, Vince joined Bates Creative Group as Interactive Director, leading the development team for the agency's interactive projects. In 2013, they moved to Brightfind as Vice President, Design, leading a skilled team of creatives, UX designers, and front-end developers to create innovative digital experiences and successful brand strategies. In 2021, they began their current role as Vice President, Creative at Phase2, applying their experience to craft boundary-pushing ideas that inspire prospects, clients, teams, and work. Vince is also the Director of Design at Phase2.
Vince Tardy attended James Madison University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Media Arts and Design.
