Sudharshan Raman

Sudharshan Raman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Research Associate at Nanyang Technological University, focusing on Metal Additive Manufacturing and developing a new design space for controlling atoms' stacking in metals leveraging AM. In the same year, they also served as a Visiting Scientist at CSIRO, where they worked on a cross-border project studying process parameters and property correlation of steel.

Moving on to 2020, Sudharshan joined Merit VC as a Beta Tester, involved in testing their product, analyzing companies, and providing feedback. In 2021, they became a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First, where they contributed their expertise and knowledge as an aspiring entrepreneur.

In 2021, Sudharshan co-founded Phasio, a company focused on digitizing manufacturing. As a Co-Founder, they have been responsible for customer acquisition, sales, product development, go-to-market strategies, and fundraising.

Looking towards the future, Sudharshan is set to join Learning Loop in 2023 as a Fellow, participating in a peer-to-peer learning and growth accelerator program with other impactful founders worldwide.

Sudharshan Raman completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering at SRM University from 2011 to 2015. Sudharshan then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2015 to 2018. In 2017, they participated in an exchange program for their Master Thesis at University West. Additionally, Sudharshan obtained certifications in "What is Data Science?" from Coursera in 2019 and "Elements of AI" from the University of Helsinki in 2018.
