Jackie Dowell

Jackie Dowell, MBA, serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships at Phastar since October 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Director of Business Development. Prior experience includes roles at Citeline as Director of Site Network Development, and at RLDatix as Head of Service Delivery for the UK and Europe. Jackie also worked at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust in various management capacities focused on quality improvement and commissioning. Earlier positions include Improvement Science Manager at NIHR CLAHRC Northwest London and Assistant Service Lead at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Jackie holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham, a Master's in Rehabilitation Science from Glasgow Caledonian University, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa.
