Melissa Tankiewicz

Melissa Tankiewicz is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources HRBP at Phathom Pharmaceuticals since January 2021. Previously, Melissa held the position of Human Resources Manager at Amgen from November 2019 to December 2020 and managed HR operations at Celgene from August 2003 to November 2019, where responsibilities included attracting and retaining top talent. Earlier roles include HR Coordinator at First Occupational Center of NJ and various positions in recruitment and HR management. Melissa holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
