Erica Carrick

Erica Carrick, RN, MHA began their work experience in 2003 as a Treatment Program Manager at Woodward Resource Center. Erica then became a Homes Manager at ChildServe in 2006. In 2012, they worked as a Community Health Consultant at the Iowa Department of Public Health, Executive Branch until 2015. From 2015 to 2020, Erica worked at Primary Health Care, Inc (PHC) in various roles including Patient Services Director, Residency Operations Director, Director of Nursing, and currently as the Executive Director of Operations and Integration. Since 2018, they have also been working as a Staff Registered Nurse at Broadlawns Medical Center.

Erica Carrick, RN, MHA holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Des Moines University. Erica also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, graduating Magna cum laude from the University of Northern Iowa. In addition, they completed their RN degree with honors from Des Moines Area Community College. Erica's education history began with their graduation from Oskaloosa High School, although specific years are not provided.
