João Sampaio

João Sampaio has a strong and diverse work experience with various leadership roles in different companies. João is currently the International Business Unit Director at PHC Software since November 2017. Prior to this, they were a Board Member of the Economic Department at Sociedade de Geografia de Lisboa from October 2009. From June 2010 to October 2016, João worked at Panda Security as the Managing Director for Country Partners, overseeing APAC, LATAM, UE15, MEAA, and Rest of Europe markets. João also served as the General Manager for Portugal, Angola, and Mozambique at Panda Security. João has held significant positions in other companies as well, including General Manager at REDITUS SA, Board Member and Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer at Jazztel, and Sales Director at Vodafone. João started their career as the Deputy Vice-President at SPE.

João Sampaio completed a Pós-Graduação in Advanced Management Program at IE Business School from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1992, they obtained a degree in Gestão de Empresas from Universidade Internacional.
