Carolina Solanilla is currently the CEO of PHD LATAM at PHD. Carolina has over 10 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry.

Solanilla began their career as a Brand Manager for South America Markets at Red Bull in 2011. In this role, they were responsible for leading the brand strategy across markets in Latin America and finding the right consumer insights to take to the marketing plans, including media, digital, consumer events and BTL. Carolina then became the Regional Account Director - Latin America at OMD in 2008, where they managed accounts for clients such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Ford, and GM.

In 2019, Solanilla became the COO Carat - President Navegg - Latin America at Carat. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of operations for Carat's Latin American businesses. Carolina then took on their current role as CEO of PHD LATAM in 2020. Under their leadership, PHD has become the leading agency in the region in terms of revenue and client satisfaction.

Carolina Solanilla received their undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Carolina then pursued a degree in Finance from Universidad de los Andes (CL). Afterwards, they completed an AMP in Management from Babson College. Finally, they attended WHMU - Worldwide Hamburger University.

Their manager is Toby Hack, CEO Global Business. Carolina Solanilla works with Patrick Ryan - Chief Commercial Officer, PHD Worldwide, Ian Clarke - President of PHD EMEA, and Kate King - Worldwide Chief Talent Officer, PHD Worldwide.
