Amanda Joinson

Amanda Joinson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Amanda started working as an Administrative Assistant at Advantage Supply Corporation in June 2007 and worked there until February 2008. In June 2007, they also began working as an Administrative Assistant at Phelps Construction Group and continued in that role until May 2011. From June 2011 to May 2014, Amanda served as an Administrative Assistant at Phelps Construction Group again. Following that, they became a Project Coordinator at Phelps Construction Group from May 2014 to May 2018. In May 2018, Amanda was promoted to the position of Director of Marketing and Administration at Phelps Construction Group.

Additionally, Amanda has had internships in photography and public relations. From September 2010 to May 2011, they worked as a Photography Intern at Ben Barnhart Photography. And from May 2010 to August 2010, they interned as a Public Relations Intern at Green Room Communications.

Furthermore, Amanda has experience working for The Massachusetts Daily Collegian. Amanda worked as a Graphics Assistant from September 2009 to December 2009 and later became the Advertising Production Manager from December 2009 to May 2011.

Amanda Joinson completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing at Montclair State University from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a dual major in Communication and Journalism, and a minor in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Amanda has obtained several certifications, including Notary Public from the State of New Jersey in 2014 and again in 2018, Heartsaver First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Heart Association in 2022, Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in 2019, 2017, and 2015, Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite in 2018, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health from Rutgers School of Public Health in 2017, Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP in 2016, and Primavera Contract Management Rel 14: Business Intel Publ Edition from Oracle in 2013.
