Richard Lemere

Richard Lemere has a significant work experience in construction estimation and management. Richard started their career in 1992 with Joseph A. Natoli Construction Corp as a Chief Estimator and Project Manager, working there until 2007. Richard then joined The Gale Construction Company, LLC as a Chief Estimator and Senior Project Manager from 2007 to 2010. Later, they worked as an Estimator at Railroad Construction Company from 2010 to 2012. Finally, they have been serving as the Chief Estimator at Phelps Construction Group since 2012.

Richard Lemere completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University from 1982 to 1984. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Forestry from the same university, which they completed from 1973 to 1978.
