David Topping

David Topping is currently a Partner in the Environmental Group at Phelps Dunbar LLP, a full-service Am Law 200 firm with multiple offices. Prior to this, David worked as an Attorney at Bradley Murchison Kelly & Shea LLC, a full-service law firm with offices in Louisiana. David attended Emory University School of Law and received their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree after completing their Bachelor of Arts degree at Tulane University.
