Lacie Westcott is the Chief Experience Officer at Phelps Memorial Health Center. Lacie has over 10 years of experience working in the healthcare industry.

Lacie began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Phelps Memorial Health Center in March 2010. In this role, they were responsible for organizing all meetings for the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives at the hospital, including strategic planning sessions, board meetings and committee meetings.

In January 2008, Lacie joined Buzz's Marine as the Director of Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing and targeting the boating consumer. The focus was on selling the boating lifestyle as opposed to a tangible product. The boat was simply the avenue in "creating a lifetime of family memories".

Lacie's experience working in both administrative and marketing roles has given their a well-rounded perspective that they bring to their current role as Chief Experience Officer at Phelps Memorial Health Center. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring that patients and their families have a positive experience while receiving care at the hospital.

Lacie Westcott has a Master of Arts in Integrated Media Communications from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Lacie also has two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, one in Business Administration and the other in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Lastly, they are certified by the Society for Health Care Strategy & Market Development in SHSMD Health Care Marketing Credential: Marketing Plans, Communications, & Market Research.

Lacie Westcott reports to Mark Harrel, CEO. They work with Zach Egger - Chief of Staff, Loren Schroder - Chief Financial Officer, and Tesha Broadfoot - Chief Nursing Officer.
